What if instead of giving things up or taking things away for Lent, we added something?

If each of us donates a little, can you imagine how many people we could help at the end of those 40 days? Let’s find out together!

The Prince of Peace Outreach Commission sponsors an annual Lenten project... 40 DAYS OF HELPING OTHERS. The project will kick off on Ash Wednesday and run through Palm Sunday.

This year we will be running two projects! We'll be collecting items for Pyramid Healthcare residents and sponsoring Easter Baskets for children in the Women With Children Program at Misericordia University.

 

March 2nd through March 20th

SOCK & UNDERWEAR DRIVE for Pyramid Healthcare Residents.  Please bring in new socks and underwear for men and women. A collection basket is available at the church.

 

March 20th through April 10th

EASTER BASKETS for Women With Children Program at Misericordia University.  Information will be posted in the Prater Room for individuals or families to sign up for this project to benefit the children of the students in this program.
